What inspires me?

Childhood, specifically the loss or absent of a childhood. I want to explore my own trauma, whilst also learning how i can play and explore through my artwork, and as a young adult. What i have noticed since going into university, is how quickly society wants you to grow up. To shed of what makes you happy, of what comforts you and what makes you - you.

I want to explore what childhood means to me, and find ways to still allow myself to be a child, to play, to explore, to be curious.

It is why i am also so inspired by childhood stories like alice in wonderland or stories involving fairies, both explore childhood curiosity and childhood innocence.
